About Mixing Technologies

Mixing Technologies Division, Motech Manufacturing Company, Inc., markets and distributes sanitary mixing and processing equipment for the food, cosmetic, chemical and nutraceutical industries. We offer a complete line of mixing, granulating and homogenizing equipment for the processing of solid, semi-solid and liquid products.

The equipment can be custom-fitted for specific applications and is available in a wide variety of options, which include the injection of liquids or the addition of shortenings, vacuum filling of raw materials, double jacketed bowls for heating or cooling, etc. Most units are equipped with touch screen PLCs for ease of use and can be integrated into a variety of configurations.

Additionally, we offer a line of tanks and reactors built in sanitary stainless steel which can be used to hold, transport and pre-process your ingredients. They are offered in capacities ranging from 20 to 30,000 liters (from 5 to 8,000 gallons) and can be ordered in single or double jacket, with or without insulation, with or without agitation systems.
